Senior Citizens’ University Bern

A membership that is really worth its while: Lecture courses and excursions for interested persons from the age of 60.

No specific previous education is needed to take part in the Senior Citizens’ University – all that matters is an interest in topics from different fields of science and research. As a member, you have access to a wide range of lectures, excursions and seminars: 

• Lectures in all subjects taught at the University of Bern
• Seminars on a wide range of subjects with lecturers from the University of Bern
• Excursions organized by lecturers from the University of Bern
• Museum visits with special expert guided tours and a look behind the scenes
• Sports and exercise courses
• Memory and mental fitness courses

You must be a member to participate in our courses/events (CHF 80 per year). Membership is open to anyone aged 60 and over.
